Yesterday, in full personal turmoil I finished The Book of Fate by Parinoush Saniee. One of the best books I read lately: an incredible story of destiny, courage, pain, love and sacrifice. The book has many hidden messages and gets straight to your heart. Very intense and well-written. No embellishment or fantasy. Realist. Life as it is!
I received the book as a present from my colleagues on the Board of the Bucharest Arbitration Network Association for my success at the Final Bar Exam. They said they thought I would like it and that they knew I was studying Arabic, so it would be appropriate.
They were right and they still do not know how interested I am in Iran and women emancipation. Next book started: Satanic Verses of Salman Rushdie.
